Mr. Kevin M. Bourbonnais has served as President and Chief Executive Officer of Gulf Stream Marine, Inc. since August 2013. Prior to joining Gulf Stream Marine, Mr. Bourbonnais served as the Chief Operating Officer and Vice President of USA Compression Partners LP from June 2011 to August 2013. Mr. Bourbonnais has approximately 14 years of experience in the natural gas compression industry, in operations, marketing, manufacturing, engineering and sales. Prior to joining USA Compression Partners, he held various other executive positions at Exterran, Universal Compression and the Royal Bank of Canada. Mr. Bourbonnais received a BA and MBA from the University of Calgary in 1989 and 2000, respectively.
Mr. Jaworski is a 1982 graduate of Texas A&M Maritime Academy. He worked in the Gulf of Mexico for Western Geophysical and obtained the position of Captain in 1983. He worked for Strachan Stevedores as Ship Superintendent, Deppe Line as Port Captain, and joined Gulf Stream Marine in 1992. Mr. Jaworksi’s positions at Gulf Stream Marine included Ship Superintendent, General Superintendent, and Director of Operations before being named Chief Operating Officer in 2012.
Mr. Picard has over twenty years of experience, most of which is in leadership roles managing Accounting and Finance teams with a primary focus of helping businesses succeed by streamlining processes, teamwork, and internal financial management. Prior to joining Gulf Stream Marine, Mr. Picard held several senior financial leadership positions including Regional Controller at Venator Materials PLC and Senior Accounting Manager at Exterran Holdings, Inc. Before Exterran, Mr. Picard worked in the Accounting group for Mammoet USA, which is a heavy crane and heavy transportation company. Mr. Picard holds a B.B.A. in Accounting and Finance from the University of Houston with an active CPA license in the state of Texas.
Mr. Kroon joined Gulf Stream Marine as Chief Information Officer in the fall of 2013. Most recently he served as a Senior Manager of Business Technology at Exterran Holdings Inc., a $3.2 billion publicly traded company in the Oil and Gas services industry. In over 27 years of experience in the Oil and Gas industry, Mr. Kroon has held several leadership roles in information Technology, including Global Operations, ERP implementation, and Software development projects.
Ms. Herrera joined the Company in June, 2014, as Vice President of Human Resources. Prior to joining Gulf Stream Marine, Ms. Herrera served as Sr. Director of Human Resources and Recruiting at Key Energy Services. She held various leadership positions on their Human Resources team during her employment from 2003 to 2014. From 1993 to 2003, Ms. Herrera developed Human Resources teams for the growing teleservices center industry in the Midwest and Texas. Her 21 years of experience include Employee Relations, Recruiting, Performance Management and Training.
